The ESP32-CAM has a very competitive small-size camera module that can operate independently as a minimum system.

ESP32-CAM can be widely used in various IoT applications. It is suitable for home smart devices, industrial wireless control, wireless monitoring, QR wireless identification, wireless positioning system signals and other IoT applications.

ESP32-CAM is packaged in DIP and can be directly plugged into the backplane for quick production. It provides customers with a highly reliable connection method and is convenient for use in various IoT hardware terminals.

The main chip uses a low-power dual-core 32-bit CPU with a frequency of up to 240MHz and a computing power of up to 600DMIPS.

It can be used as a master mode to build an independent network controller, or as a slave to other host MCUs to add networking capabilities to existing devices

NOTES: 

  • Use CAMERA_MODEL_AI_THINKER camera pin configuration from cameraWebServer example from Arduino IDE.
  • You can program it using Arduino UNO board also using below circuit diagram.
